But let me be real: I didn’t start here. I used to treat vegetables like they were out to get me. Healthy eating? Not a thing in my childhood home. Exercise? Hard pass—I hated sweating and avoided sports like they were an injury waiting to happen. And sleep? Just something I did because I had to, not because I valued it.

Here’s the thing: once I started focusing on eating better, everything else started falling into place. Paying attention to one area of my life inspired me to improve others. Now, I want to help women make that same shift to a plant-based lifestyle—and show them how it can spark positive changes in every corner of their lives.
